Everaldo Garcia, owner of Taqueria Viva Mexico, was born in Durango, Durango, Mexico. There, his passion for cooking grew as a child, and he developed to the point of owning his first taco/burger stand at age 13. From there, it’s been history! He’s now been a chef for 40 years with experience in not just Mexican quizin but also in fine dining Italian gourmet food.
Everardo has built from scratch, not just his menu, but also his food trucks! As you can see, there’s a whole lot of love and passion in this business from the building of his food truck to the delicious food served from them.
